Proof positive that Albany's traffic patterns are subject to other-worldly planners. Note the locations of traffic circles, or roundabouts, in the capital district. Green labels indicate circles which have mysteriously appeared in the last year (2006-2007). The yellow label indicates future installations. Judge for yourself.
